• Letter regarding temperature-taking. Please complete the travel declaration form (on the reverse side) if your travel return date falls within 28/12/09 to 3/1/2010. A NIL return is required. Forms are to be submitted tmr.
• Swimming Carnival registration form. (Submit to General Office).
• Miss Tan's Introduction Letter.
• Timetable.
• Please ensure that your child has a homework diary so that he can copy homeowork/information and a plastic folder (to keep worksheets/letters).
