1. Lessons will commence tmr. Please help your child to pack his bag according to the timetable (issued yesterday).

2. Letter regarding health screening. Please take note of the following:

• You should receive 3 items: one white letter (with CHS letter head), one blue letter (from the Health Promotion Board) and a blue booklet named "School Health Service - Health Check and Immunisation"
• Detach Page 2 - 5 (of the blue School Health Service information booklet), fill it up and submit tmr
• Please follow the instructions given in the white letter and submit all the necessary documents/ certificates
• Remind your child to submit his health booklet if he has not done so

Chinese

Please bring the following items tomorrow:

• Textbook 1A
  
• Activity Book 1A
• 2 big square exercise books

(big square books with blank pages will be used for Journal Writing, parents do not have to change it at the bookshop)

• File (dark green)

Most of the boys have handed in the activity book, big square exercise books and the file to me. For those who have not, please bring them tomorrow with your name written on it.
